Gallery@501 warmly invites you to attend our upcoming exhibition ‘Reflections’ by Richard Borowski.

Unveiling Reception: Nov 4 @ 7pm.
Open: Nov 4 – Dec 18, 2016
501 Festival Ave, Sherwood Park

Borowski’s prints and paintings of reflections found on building windows create a disjointed reality that is distorted and fragmented. Reflections are in a constant flux of distortion, inherent in their appearance; causing us to question our self-reflections and their accuracy or distortion.

Richard Borowski is a local artist, born in Edmonton in 1951 and grew up in Mundare, Alberta. Richard completed a B.Ed. degree at the University of Alberta in 1974 and spent thirty two years as an art educator with students from grades seven to twelve.

Borowski’s work is in both private and public collections, such as Strathcona County, Energy Resources Conservation Board and City of Edmonton - Parks and Recreation.
